Twice daily yoga sessions will be guided by Sophia, whose vibrant yet down-to-earth energy will inspire you.
Designed to offer a perfect balance between yin and yang styles of yoga, there will be energising power classes in the morning and restorative practices in the evenings.
These will include conscious deep sleep and Yin yoga, which works deeply into the connective tissue allowing a profound sense of release and relaxation.
You can also book a consultation with a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist, which will complete your holistic experience.
Fully catered for, with freshly-prepared vegetarian food, this is a unique (and affordable) opportunity to unwind and restore.

Staying at the gorgeous farmhouse at Danena, southern Sicily,
you will be surrounded by nature and wild rugged terrain, yet minutes
from the beach.
Danena Sicily is a one-hour drive south from Catania airport,
on the island’s east coast. On a country lane away from noise and neighbours, it’s just 10 minutes south from the unspoilt World Heritage town of Noto – one of Italy’s most beautiful historic centres. A 10-minute drive east is the Nature Reserve of Vendicari, a heaven of wildlife and some of the island’s most beautiful and deserted golden-sand beaches.
The time will be yours to explore by bike or on foot, swim in the clear waters of coves nearby or simply relax by the pool. With a maximum of only 10 guests, this means there will be plenty of space for you around Danena and, if you choose to take the yoga classes, you will receive lots of one-on-one attention from Sophia - great for injury recovery or just helping to better relax on holiday.

90 minute consultation during your stay.
Many of us lead very busy, hectic lives in stressful environments which can make it hard to make dietary choices and lifestyle changes that nourish our bodies and our minds.
In the course of this week you will have access to interactive health and nutrition workshops workshops with a nutritional therapist.
You can also choose to book a session & create your own health plan to support you in optimising your health.
This will focus on realistic, manageable steps that you can take on your path to greater wellness - increasing energy levels, reducing stress, supporting improved mood and banishing those extra pounds.
The aim is to inspire you with a personal plan of action to enable you continue the positive changes of the retreat so that you return to daily life feeling rejuvenated and revitalised.
Sophia BC Yoga
Sophia is a Yoga Alliance Professional Level 1 (200hr) teacher with a hands on approach and keen eye for detail, ensuring a more effective practice.
She has a unique background teaching extreme sports and now has regular yoga classes at many of London's top studios, including The Power Yoga Company, Core Collective, and PHIT, and works with renowned brands such as LuluLemon.
Sophia even has an additional 50hr professional training in Yin yoga, so you will be in very safe hands.
The Diet Therapist
Maria is a qualified Nutritional Therapist who takes a functional, evidence-based approach, helping you to make sustainable shifts in what and how you are eating that fit easily within your lifestyle and time commitments.
Maria will work with you to create a tailored health plan with manageable changes to help guide you towards better health, without compromising balance or enjoyment, whatever your personal health goals. She graduated with Distinction from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2015, and is also a certified NLP Practitioner.
